The costs we don't know are the costs of: 1) obtaining zoning variances from three communities, 2) bringing Camp Meeting Rd to a condition that will support anticipated traffic, 3) keeping Camp Meeting from collapsing while construction is occurring, 4) permitting and mitigating wetland disturbances, 5)permitting and mitigating species of special concern, 6) blasting, 7) grievances from community re blasting, 8) future engineering, 9) grading after red bed studies affect grading slope plans and, 10) the risk that a landslide like that on Rt. 65 will occur as a result of blasting and grading and is it insurable?
